Speaking at the session of Il Tumen, the head of Yakutia, Aisen Nikolaev, said that the republic should become attractive for investments in all sectors of the economy, in the social sphere as well.
“Today we need to strive to expand investment in capital-intensive non-resource sectors, to improve the investment climate for the effective implementation of national projects -- the construction of roads, airports, high-speed Internet lines, housing and social facilities,” said Aisen Nikolaev.
According to him, the goal has been set to seriously improve business conditions: to remove administrative barriers, reduce the time for registering enterprises, connecting to engineering communications, issuing permits. All areas of business and industry should be open to entrepreneurs.
“The government is working on a concept for the development of small aircraft, on the creation of production of gas engine fuel. I believe that initially these projects should define the “entry points” of our local entrepreneurs,” added Il Darkhan.
At the same time, Aisen Nikolaev indicated that the lawfulness in business activities in all municipalities should be ensured, the identification and suppression of illegal business should be ensured, the legal basis for regulating business should be updated: “Having completed all these tasks, by 2024 we should enter the TOP-20 National rating of the investment climate.”
