Sergey Ivanov, head of ALROSA, donated a substantial part of his annual prize to the Trust Fund for Future Generations of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). These funds, according to his wishes, will be mainly spent on updating the so-called “heavy,” high-tech medical equipment in the Mirny Central District Hospital, as well as a number of other charity and social projects in the Vilyui group of uluses.

Recall that ALROSA has been cooperating with the Trust Fund for Future Generations for a long time, transferring funds for the implementation of social projects in Yakutia. Thus, with these funds, a rehabilitation center for children with disabilities was built in Yakutsk (the contribution of ALROSA is about 800 million rubles), a school is being built in the village of Abyi and a cultural center in the village of Maya, a future generation park is being designed in Yakutsk, and the Company finances other social and environmental projects.

In continuation with the Company's policy, Sergey Ivanov decided to make a personal donation to the Trust Fund for Future Generations.
